We are a Dubai materials supplier and interior fit-out team working out of Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 2. Two divisions, one warehouse, and Five years of knowing what lasts in this climate.
Our story
We don't just build structures. We build trust.
BuildWells started as a flooring supplier and grew into the two divisions we run today, because clients kept asking the same question: who does the walls?
Rather than hand them to a third party and hope, we built the second division ourselves. Today one team quotes the SPC floor, the WPC panelling, the cornice and the ceiling baffles, then stands behind how all four meet in the corner of a room.
Everything we sell is chosen for the Gulf: rigid cores that don’t move in a Dubai summer, UV-stable skins that don’t fade on a west-facing facade, and finishes that survive a decade of cleaning. We keep 204 of them in stock so a project doesn’t wait on a container.
We are equally happy supplying a contractor by the pallet or walking a homeowner through six shades of oak. The honest advice is the same either way.

Rigid-core SPC, engineered timber, bamboo, WPC cladding and outdoor decking. These are the hard materials that carry a project. Trade pricing, real stock, and a team that will tell you when a cheaper board will do the job just as well.

Where materials stop and interiors begin. 3D relief panels, cast PU stone, flexible stone, cornice and trim, suspended timber baffles and UV-finished surfaces, all consulted, planned and installed by our own fit-out crew.
